Airfare is NOT included in any of the packages. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Nepal. For Bangladeshi participants, a special air fare may be arranged for delegates who wish to travel in a group. Airport pickup and drop-off will be arranged for all registered delegates upon arrival and departure within the event dates.
